Getting Started with the Flex API

The Flex Ingestion API enables customers to synchronise their data with the Flex Platform.

Entities

• 👤 Customers
• 🎫 Customer Events
• 🛒 Transactions
• 📦 Products
• ◌ Groups
• 🏪 Outlets

Data can be ingested in any order. For example, a customer or outlet doesn't have to exist before a transaction for the relevant customer and outlet is ingested.
