Data Availability & Changes

The following covers what data is made available and when:

  • Exports cover campaigns with a sent status only
  • Data is exported for the calendar day (in the customer’s local timezone) indicated by the folder date
  • Exports are generated overnight and are typically available by early morning
  • If no campaigns were sent on a given day, files will still be present with header rows only
  • Data will be back-filled from the organisation’s relevant launch date with Flex

Data Changes & Reprocessing

From time to time, new files may be added, or issues addressed. Flex will liaise with integration teams to notify them of any material changes to the export format and whether data needs to be reprocessed.

Retention

Data will be retained in the GCP bucket for as long as the organisation is a Flex Customer.
